SPICE:Carolinas is an online magazine covering what is known as “adult-related” businesses and clubs in North and South Carolina. This includes strip clubs, swinger clubs and retail stores that carry some amount of adult products.

Before this new incarnation, the site was known as AdultCarolina; a web site that debuted in August of 2001. Before launching AdultCarolina, the owner was webmaster for CarolinaGirls.com, the official web site for what was then known as Vivid Magazine; a magazine distributed across the Carolinas promoting strip clubs, adult retail, escorts etc.

Vivid Magazine served as the inspiration for AdultCarolina.com, and continues to be for SPICE:Carolinas. The site owner comes from a background of working in and managing adult retail stores and is a staunch supporter of adult businesses’ rights to exist in NC/SC and across the USA.
